Why We Should Schools?

Most people say we do have school and even high school to college, the reason diverse so easy to work up because of the prestige of the shame it was not school. But what is true for a multicultural society such as the Indonesian community awareness has really realized that school is important?

In fact there are many who are not in Indonesian school children. Though school is the first time a child learn to socialize formally, and learn to communicate with the new environment.

In Indonesia, the will or consciousness of parents to send children still account for less, because they prefer to employ their children to support the needs of families who should be their duty.

As the quotation from wikipedia education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual strength of religious, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed him and society. Education includes teaching specific skills, and also something that can not be seen but more depth is the provision of knowledge, judgment and wisdom. One of the main base of education is to teach the culture passed down through generations.

There are two factors that affect the quality of education - particularly in Indonesia - namely:

Internal factors, including the ranks of good education, the Department of Education, Office of Education area, and also schools that are in line front. in this case, interference from related parties is needed for education always is always maintained.
External factors, is a society in generally. where, public education is an icon and is the purpose of the education is as an object of education.

Here are some reasons why we should schools:

1. There was no denying the present era of formal education is usually taken at school, I mean the school in general because no doubt there are certain parents who send their children at home is the term "home schooling". School teaches us a new world that teaches us to socialize with others who are new and unfamiliar course. For the first day of school is usually crowded with new child cries.

2. School teaches us to explore science that every human being can achieve goals in life, or more precisely what is desirable and aspired from too little or at least be a man like most men who go to school.

3. School is a place that gives humans the opportunity to become more useful to the nation, or at least useful for the family because the higher the chances of a human being in school certainly got a better job.

4. Schools also educate people to humanize others, teach a man to understand and love others than himself because at school of course, we will meet with the man with the attitude and the diverse nature.

Thus, although the expensive school fees we still have to fight for every child to attend school in Indonesia.

The Best Way to Prepare Children Education Fund

The best way to prepare children's education fund is to save or invest in instruments that provide returns greater than inflation (rising prices). At the same time, parents also need to take life insurance, so that if there is something undesirable in itself, child education plan is maintained. Life insurance can be put together with investment, can also be separated. Each of these plus-minus.

Examples of the savings that are immune inflation is gold and silver. Other types of savings (savings, bank accounts, deposits) should be avoided for the long term.
Examples of investments include stocks and mutual funds. Both of these instruments offer higher returns than gold and silver, but carries the risk of loss. The risk of loss can be minimized with adequate knowledge about the world of investing.

Insurance education endowment type funds insure several stages of education and life insurance money if you died in the period of the agreement. But because the cash value in the form of savings, it can be eroded by inflation. As a workaround, installment savings we must be greater than it should be. Additionally UP soul is small, only the total amount of money that we pay plans and valid only for the duration of the agreement.

Education savings similar to insurance education. Cash value greater because there is interest, but a smaller life insurance. Besides saving education more flexible in terms of time and money making the amount of funds that can be taken.
Unit-linked insurance offers a return on investment greater than the endowment, greater mental UP and valid for life, and can be added rider (other insurance benefits) are diverse. Unit-linked funds are not guaranteed, but the security of the investment fund and the results can be optimized by setting the appropriate composition of the instrument.

Women Tend to Avoid Charity Donation

Women are more likely to avoid the opportunity to donate something to charity than men. Although men and women are seen equally generous.

Researchers from the University of Chicago and the University of California Berkeley said women feel under pressure when it accounted for more social. They can recognize social clues better than men and will avoid it if at all possible pressure.

On the other hand, men do not recognize this social guidance. They tend to have a simple thought process so that they are more likely to donate when asked.

This study examined the motivation of people to contribute. Do they respond to social pressure, altruism or actually even concerned with self-interest. To know this, Professor John List, an economist and expert philanthropy University of Chicago and his team visited the Chicago area they consider wealthy. Tim told respondents they raise money for the local children's hospital.

The first part of this study is the unannounced visit. The second part of the study is the inclusion of the announcement flyer fundraising team who will be visiting residents in the next day. The leaflet was put through the door every citizen.

The results showed generosity is measured by the amount of money donated. When not given warning of the visit, between men and women contribute relatively the same. Even in some cases, women donate less.

However, when subjects were given the opportunity to choose not to donate, the marginal providers will do it. In the study, defined as their marginal donor who will donate, but if only persuaded.

The researchers found that a significant number of marginal donor is more women than men. When allowed to refuse the donation, the number of men who would give turns slightly down. While the number of women actually declined half of the previous amount.

The researchers attributed this to the fact that women are more likely to donate because of social pressure. While men are less susceptible to the same influences.

"Women may be more sensitive to social cues than men because men are more simple thought process," said Uri Gneezy, professor of economics and strategy at the University of Chicago. They also assume that people tend to worry, especially among women, to open the door for strangers.

The results of this study were published in the May issue of the American Economic Review, Papers and Proceedings. In this study also found that women tend to participate in the survey compared to men.
